What amounts are available online?
E-gift cards are currently available in preset amounts: $25, $50, and $100.

Can I purchase a different amount?
Yes! For any other denomination, please call or visit Story Hollow during regular business hours and we’ll take care of it.

When will my gift card be delivered?
Gift cards are manually processed by the next business day after purchase and then delivered via email.

Who will the email come from?
All digital gift cards are emailed from StoryHollowTN@gmail.com. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

Is this a physical gift card or a digital one?
Online purchases are e-gift cards delivered by email, you will need to print them out or show on your mobile device to redeem.

Can I use the E-gift card in-store? online?

What if I entered the wrong email address?
Please contact us as soon as possible during business hours so we can help correct it before delivery.
